I don't allow random uploads to the torrentchannel tracker because it is so easy to upload something copyrighted in order to get it shut down, but if you want an account at the tracker backing the site then you can have an account (and upload your videos there).
Also, I don't do livevideo since there is no free software which plays their flash videos (it requires the flashplayer9 standard, I can barely use flash7 which youtube uses..). Just something to think about, it is sad when technical issues prevent people from viewing your message.
